What happens after the trial?

After 7 days, you choose a plan or your workspace becomes read-only. No data is deleted — you can export everything or re-activate anytime.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes. Switch to yearly anytime and we'll pro-rate the remaining monthly balance. Switch to monthly at annual renewal. Monthly is billed at a 15% markup over yearly.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade from Starter to Professional to Enterprise at any time — pro-rated on the current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

Why does Enterprise require min 5 seats?

Enterprise bundles SSO, SLA, custom deployment and dedicated onboarding — these carry fixed setup costs that only make sense for teams. For smaller organizations, Professional offers the same collaboration and AI features without the enterprise commitments.

Do you offer discounts beyond Enterprise?

For 50+ seats or academic / research institutions, contact us for a custom quote.

Where is my data stored?

Germany (Hetzner Cloud, Nuremberg). GDPR compliant. DPA available on request.

When will pricing go live?

We're in Early Access — all features remain free. We'll announce paid plans on the blog with advance notice before Early Access ends. Existing trial accounts will keep access under the published tier structure.
